June 5 - June 9

8:30 am - 12:00 pm

Program Fee: $225

Got a little Dale Earnhardt Jr. in you?  Maybe you’re the next Danica Patrick?  But wait, you don’t have a drivers’ license?  That’s not a problem in this popular camp.  Camper will receive their own 1/10 scale Radio Controlled car (Arrma Raider Mega Brushed RTR) that they will help assemble and then learn how to maintain.  If your camper already owns a 1/10 scale Arrma Raider Mega Brushed RTR (that is in working condition), they may bring that car to camp and not pay the $140 supply fee.  Please note:  Only a 1/10 scale Arrma Raider Mega Brushed RTR RC Car can be brought to camp.  Campers learn the theory of how and why the car works from the transmission and gearing, to the suspension and handling from some of the best drivers from the past and present!  Campers will also enjoy field trips to Hobby Town USA store in Gainesville, as well as a professional track where they will be able to test their skills against fellow campers!  Campers will also help design their own tracks on teh campus of Oak Hall in our covered batting cage area.  Space is limited so sign up soon! Program fee is $225 plus a $140 supply fee.  If you have the specific car listed above, please enter Code: RC2017 when choosing this camp to waive the plus fee.
