New Camp

Curious about what it would be like to be a physician or a surgeon?  In this new camp, campers will investigate how the body works by participating in a wide range of hands-on activities.  Campers will have the opportunity to dissect pig organs, visit and tour the various departments at a local hospital, hear from health professionals, learn about quick life-saving skills, and keep a lab notebook with drawings and details of anatomical organs.

Camp instructor Zack Greenberg is a graduate from the University of Florida, with a degree in Biochemistry. He works with the chief surgeon in OBGYN for female reconstructive surgery. He has done dissections, injections, and has had emergency medical respondent training.
