12:45 pm - 4:15 pm

Program Fee: $335/$345/$355

New Camp

Most students don’t struggle with math; they struggle with math anxiety. This camp focuses on filling the foundational gaps in number sense and operations while building the confidence to tackle new middle school concepts. We move at the student’s pace, focusing on ‘Mastery over Minutes,’ ensuring every child leaves with a toolkit of strategies they can actually use on day one of the new school year.

“I have been teaching middle and high school mathematics since 2016. I hold a degree in Biochemistry, which provides me with a unique, interdisciplinary perspective on math, biology, chemistry, and physics across middle school, high school, and college levels. Currently a faculty member at Oak Hall School, I pride myself on helping students discover meaningful connections between complex equations and their everyday lives. When I’m not in the classroom or tutoring, I am an avid crafter and enjoy exploring the Gainesville community, where I moved in 2024 with my husband and two daughters. I look forward to helping my students build confidence and achieve their academic goals.” – Mrs. Menella
