OHLS Day Camp is open to the Gainesville Community.  Summer 2023 is going to be very exciting as we continue our goal to make the Oak Hall Summer Program your CAMP COMMUNITY!  This summer you get to enjoy different session lengths including the VERY popular two week sessions!  Weekly theme week activities have been infused with NEW & EXCITING activities, expanded camper bonding opportunities, NEW trips, and special activities for our two week campers are all planned for a summer that will make kids smile within, forever!  Our two SUPER SESSIONS (2 week sessions) will include an opportunity to bring Mom and Dad to camp and an opportunity for an overnight camp sleepover party!  ALL FUN, ALL SUMMER, ONE CAMP!

• Morning Care from 7:30am to 8:30am at no additional charge

• Pick-Up is at 4:00pm
• Aftercare from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at no additional charge

ELECTIVES:  Campers may sign up for optional elective camps each week (additional fees apply).  Registered campers will attend the electives in lieu of the normal morning activity classes.  During one week sessions, electives meet all five days.  During the two week sessions, the electives meet Tuesday-Friday of the first week and all days except Wednesday of the second week.  For a complete listing of electives, please go back one page and school all the way down.

FLEX DAYS:  Can’t attend both weeks in a two week session?  Just need to drop in for a day or two?  Campers may choose to attend any day of camp (exceptions are the full day trips and overnight sleepovers in Session IV and VI) they wish during the summer with the purchase of this plan! This is perfect for the parent who stays at home but needs that occasional day to run errands or even have lunch with a friend. It also adds the flexibility of having something for your active camper to do on those odd days between summer vacations and other camps! A limited number of spots will be sold in the camp to accommodate for this program, so act fast!

• Once purchased, parent must call at least 24 hours in advance to reserve spot for desired camp and day. Only a limited number of spots will be saved daily and they will be available on a first come, first served basis.
• Once spot is reserved, camper may attend from 7:30-6:00 (programmed part of day is 8:30-4:00). Field trips and snack are included, but you must send a sack lunch.
• Flex Days are non-transferable between child or program. No credit or refunds will be given for unused days. They are only good for the current summer.

SNACK: Oak Hall Summer Program will provide a peanut-free snack for Pre-K, JSK and OHLS Day Camps. If your camper has strong preferences on snack, we encourage you to bring a snack from home. For all other camps, parents should provide a peanut-free snack.
