Coach Kevin Maris, son of MLB start Roger Maris who hit 61 home runs for the New York Yankees in 1961 serves as Varsity Baseball coach at Oak Hall! The Kevin Maris Baseball Camp is back for another summer! This camp is perfect for the first time baseball player or someone who has a few seasons of little league ball under their belts. With a strong emphasis on fundamentals, Coach Maris and his staff will teach the young ball player the proper way to warm-up and stretch before some in-depth training and drills for throwing and catching, base running, infield/outfield play, and hitting. The rules and etiquette of the game will also be taught and the camp will culminate on Friday with an intra-squad scrimmage.
Program fee is $160 with OHLS Day Camp, $290 without OHLS Day Camp if registered by April 15th; Program fee is $170 with OHLS Day Camp, $300 without OHLS Day Camp if registered April 16th – May 15th; Program fee is $180 with OHLS Day Camp, $310 without OHLS Day Camp if registered after May 15th. Registration includes the Kevin Maris Baseball Camp tee shirt!
