Wanna spend the entire summer at the ECLC Camp? Package includes all eight summer sessions and complimentary morning and aftercare (7:30-8:30 and 4:00-6:00 (afternoon extended care available for full day campers only). Our summer warriors will also receive a complimentary camp t-shirt!
Full Day program fee is $2420 (a 10% savings!) if registered by April 15th; Program fee is $2495 if registered April 16th – May 15th; Program fee is $2565 if registered after May 16th.
Half-Day program (Rising Pre-K and JK Students Only) fee is $1545 (a $10% savings!) if registered by April 15th; Program fee is $1615 if registered April 16th – May 15th; Program fee is $1690 if registered after May 15th.
Summer Package Rules, Regulations & Policies:
- All Packages must be purchased prior to the first start date.
- All packages require a deposit which is applied to your balance. Deposits in their entirety are non-refundable and non-transferrable after April 15th.
- Deposit for ECLC Half or Full Days $200
- Balance must be paid for in full by June 1, 2025
- No refunds on any part of the balance will be available after June 1, 2025
- No transfer of camps is permitted after the package has been purchased
- Camps are non-transferrable and packages are only good for Summer of 2025. No credit is given for days of non-attendance by camper
- Package cannot be combined with any other discount, promotion, incentive, or financial assistance package
- The Oak Hall Summer Program reserves the right to change or cancel any camp due to lack of enrollment. Pro-rate paid fees will be refunded or a transfer will be offered to another camp
