Learn the art of making gum paste flowers, chocolate molds and more. This camp will begin by teaching young chefs how to create beautiful flowers, make chocolate molds and buttercream decorations. The chefs will create their own flavored cupcake and then decorate their cupcakes using the flowers, chocolate molds and buttercream decorations they have created. The camp will include a trip to Publix to select and purchase their ingredients for baking. The camp will conclude with a panel of judges to taste test their creations.
